What If ??????

Let's say i get in an accident or some horrid mishap and I feel that my ex will deny my child regular scheduled visits to her grandparents ...Note that my child and i have been living with my parents since she was 2 and she is now 7.

Can I take my ex back to mediation court and ask that in the case of my dimise he grant his current visitataion order to my parents and that the current order stating "The child may not leave the country" till the age of 18 stay...Note: Ex is from Syria need i say more.
Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,

You cannot get a court order setting up visitation conditioned on your death before your death.

Nor can you get an order prohibiting him from removing her from the US after your death.
