What is the name of your state? Florida

In January I attended a stock market training workship in Orlando and signed up for online training as well as live classes. The company sponsoring the workship and providing the training is headquartered in Utah. I have yet to take a class as I have had computer problems. I requested a refund, but was denied because "it was not their fault I have computer problems" (of course, I realize that), but also, the agreement contained a Cancellation Policy of 3 business days after sale; thereafter, the student would not be eligible for a refund. Do I have any recourse, or is this truly a binding contract?

Are you an attorney or someone just giving advice. I have yet to take any of their classes.
Where in the contract YOU signed does it say, if you dont take the classes you can get a refund?

Okay, I won't argue the point. I should have read the agreement thoroughly before signing on the dotted line. I just read some additional disclosures that I agreed to. I'll see what I can work with them concerning an extension. I've never done anything like this before. Not a good experience; but a costly lesson. Perhaps I can still make the most of it. Thanks.
