I don't know if there is a place for Child support questions. If there is can you please direct me there.

Other then that this is a Child support question. Me and my x have joint custody. I haven't been working, And when I do get a job he wants me to work around his schedule and his wifes. He doesn't want to pay daycare, sitter or afterschool program. My kids are 4 and about to be 7. He tells me get a job around their schedule. When we settled out of court with joint custody I didn't put him on C.S.

Here is my schedule with my kids.
I have them Tue-Sunday He gets them around 1-3pm
Keeps them Sunday and Monday I get them back Tues A.M.
I have them from Tue-Either Fri night or Sat morn (Which Fri he sends his wife to get the kids can he do this? He threatens me if I dont give her the kids) Then he keeps them Sat, Sun, N Mon and I get back Tue a.m.
This isn't what's in our court order but it's been like this for over a year.

Advice please Can I get him for C.S. I ask him to help me but he's always broke and when I say im going to get a job he acts like an Ass so then with all the stress I suffer from Anxiety/panic attacks then it's hard to get a job.

P.S. Dont look back at my threads they are not mine they are my fiance's.

Also we don't go by the orignal order cause I got laid off my job over a yr ago so we been sticking to the schedule that's written...

I would take him for child support. You should probably get your custody/visitation order modified too. You can't always work around their schedule you have your own life. I can't answer your question about his wife picking up the kids. I just wonder why does it matter, the kids are going to be with her anyway.
