We have a Small Claims Judgment in the amount of
$2,500.00 entered against a person for
"Wrongfully Collected Child Support", this person refuses to pay any amount of the judgment and we have requested many Judgment Debtor's Examinations to interview her and question her under oath, but that led us no where because of the fact that she is unemployed and does not own any property.
This person says that if she were to buy any property then she would transfer the property into another persons name so that we can not collect the judgment, so my question is.....
Is there anyway that we can have the judgment debt added to her credit report so that if she were to buy any property then the debt would be visible?
Please help us! We would really appreciate any advice or suggestions! Thank you, Shannon&Fuad
