What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois.

I recently purchased a set of golf clubs online... the order was processed, and my bank account was charged. The next day I received an email from the company saying there was an error, the price was wrong, and they were canceling the order. The order was canceled and my bank account was refunded. My question is, can I hold them legally to this sale?

Thanks!

Nope. If they were holding your money demanding you pay the difference that would be one thing, but since you got a refund you can now either pay the higher price or select a different set.
