Can I install a spa???

I live in a condo with a small fenced in back yard and want to install a small portable spa. Homeowners assotiation says no. Do I own the fenced in property? Can they make me revove the hot tub after i put it out there?

Homeowners associations are like Gods. Read the rules; they probably say you can't urinate without the homeowner association's permission. Violate the rules and they can get real mean.
