can i lose my license if im caught after im already our of my car?

a cop summonsed me for minor transporting alchohol in massachusetts he saw me get out of my car with the alchohol but didnt stop me until i was out of the parking lot. can i have my license suspended for that?

Getting out of a car does not immunize you for actions while driving the car. Of course that you were doing the actions while driving would be something he'd have to be able to prove. If he'd not seen you driving that would not be sufficient.
