Have accepeted Florida workers comp cash settlement for on the job injury. Unable to work now as a result. Also had long term damage suit against same employer but had to withdraw for lack of evidence. Can the defense for the damage suit take all or any part of my workers comp settlement for their fees? I have no other money or property. Thanks
