What is the name of your state? Ohio
Our neighbors had a survey done , we also had a survey done, the results show that we have approximately a 3foot by 9foot section of landscaping which consists of evergreens and bushes that were planted approximately three years ago on their side of the boundary line. My question is - am I allowed to move this landscaping and then sod where it occupies presently? Or is this simply now their landscaping? I know the easiet thing would be just to ask our neighbors permission, however, we do not have a good neighbor relationship so unfortunatly that is out of the question. They have made a big issue of the property line (spray painting wooden sticks bright yellow, iron pins bright pink and putting statues on their side of landscaping). Thank you.
