Texas state is my hometown.

More than a year ago, I had to withdraw from the appeal process. I now have all the evidences that I need to support my case, can I re-file my case as a new lawsuit? or what can I do to bring justice to my case?

What kind of case are you talking about? With what agency had you filed it? Why were you forced to withdraw it? How do you expect anyone to answer your questions with no information to work with?
