My Brother is a cosign on my auto loan. I am the primary on the title but his name is on it. Can I sell my car without his approval?

finally got through to my lender. She clarified that I can or cannot sell the car based on the specific wording on the title itself, which my cosign has.


Does anyone know a private site or any site besides the dmv(I can't access my info on that site. the pin number is your license number and my DL is in a diff. state than where my car is registered) that I can see my title? Thanks guys
