can I still cancel

On Monday, 4/23, I ordered two bird cages from Kings Cages
in NY. I live in New Mexico. Is there, by law, a certain
amount of time to cancel this order?

My response:

Unless there's something wrong with the cages that make them unusable for the purpose for which they were designed or intended, then no. If you're thinking of the 3 day cancelation laws, they don't apply. Those laws are strictly for "In Home Solicitation" contracts; i.e., where a salesman comes to your home and sells you a vacuum cleaner, or an encyclopedia volume set.
