Why would you want to do that. Just do one and see what happens with it first. Then if it is denied, you can submit the other one, if you have a sound basis for doing so.
They will probably reject one of them when they see there are 2 applications for the same visa. It is not common practice (and might raise red flags) to have more than 1 visa application filed at the same time. Don't try to fool the authorities, that can come back and hurt your chances for any visas ever.
