What is the name of your state?ohio Local Detective intentionaly changed 8 onces of vicodin-tuss cough syurp X 1 refil into 240 Vicodin.Pesented it to the GRAND JURY.She was arrested on 2 counts to obtain dangerous drugs.The prescriptions were almost 3 years old.He stated to my wife he was pissed-off my 24yr old son only got 2 years for an arrest he made.He suggested to the Judge 5 years.After $10,000 in Legal fees and 6 months later all charges were dropped.He claimed it was typo mistake even though the or oiginal prescription clearly states Vicodin-Tuss Cough Syrup 8 onces 1 to 2 teaspoons every 4 to 6 hours. 5 day supply.He has put my family through HELL and comited Felonies in the process.What is the best way to get him into FEDERAL COURTS not County Muni Courts where he has many connections.I was thinking Violations of my wifes Civil Rights,any other suggestions would be helpfull, before he does this to someone else.
