What is the name of your state? I reside and worked in Florida, worked with company since January 2018 and a new director was hired approximately 2 months ago. I was written up for two properties that I supervised and give a 30 day probationary period to improve, 8 days after the letter probationary letter was give I was terminated even though the new director stated in her write up that we would have weekly progress meetings and she did not. Also, I believe I was discriminated against due to her bringing in 2 Caucasian employees and so far 3 African American employees were terminated without cause. As I was.

So you weren't discriminated against because you were African American, you were discriminated against because you weren't the new bosses friend?
