My fiance's ex-husband has contacted Child Protective Services stating that I have inappopriately touched his 2 female children while they are living in my home. CPS has investigated and found no evidence or violation. I am filing court papers to subpeona the CPS file for documentation purposes. The ex is unemployed and his father is paying his living expenses, etc. He also has a Family Law Attorney who is representing him in a child custody case with my fiance'. Can I sue the ex, his farther and his lawyer for libel, slander and / or defamation of character? If so, how do I go about this process? PLEASE HELP... Thank you..What is the name of your state?
