I have been going through a divorce for almost a year. The lady that lives directly behind me is my estranged husbands "friend." He by the way lives right next door to me. I run a buisness in this small town. A Day Care in my home. She has told members of the community that I am "mentally ill" and that I have "mental problems." She indicates that my estranged husbands attorney has told her these things. She constantly watches what we are doing, from standing in her yard when we mow the grass, to calling the police when we are moving larger items from the home. We get letters from my estranged husbands attorney that she has seen us doing or taking things around our home. My estranged husband also spends the night at her house, and when he has a day off from work, he parks his car in her garage. He has been seen coming out of and going into her garage. Remember he lives directly behind her also. Can I do anything to stop what she is doing? She has also written an Affidavit concerning my children but she lied about what they said to her and my estranged husband forces them to call her grandma and tell her they love her, even though prior to our seperation she had never been around my family at all.
