Can I legally sue my estranged wife for slander and potentially get a judgment against her that she will have to pay after our divorce? Or should I wait until the divorce is final?

You have to provide the facts re; what she did or you think she did...so posters can let you know if it would constitute slander.

And, remember people say horrible things about each other in divorce court everyday~ it's very common and rarely, if ever, results in slander.
