What is the name of your state? Florida
.
During the first 5 years of my agreement nothing was put in it where the lawsuits would be held. But after I was re-newed (I was re-newed even though they new I was in very bad financial shape) it stated that all suits had to be in Tennessee. I know many states make that prevision illegal, is florida one of them?
