At trial my lawyer violated his own Motions in Limmeny disclosing damaging info to Jury. This was a big mistake on his part. He forgot to edit info from video taped deposition. In addition to this, when the other side also violated Motions in Limmeney he neglected to tell me we could request a mistrial. In addition, the other side made a high/Low offer during the trial, which he also neglected to inform me of..... I hate to have to sue the guy but I am now suffering huge monetary loss because of his errors and negligent behavior. Do I have a case?
