What is the name of your state? Ohio
I recently purchased a 1986 Chevrolet Caprice Classic with
?16000 miles (5 digit odometer) for $975. The engine had a noise, but I took it to a mechanic who said its an old engine-it's going to be noisy. It took two weeks for the engine to blow, but almost four for the title to come. Upon receipt of the title, I immediately noticed three discrepancies; the VIN number is wrong, the amount I paid for the vehicle was listed as $500, and (drumroll, please) the mileage said 64900. What are my rights?
