They can ban you if they want.

How did you get physical damages if you are in Cali ad the other person is in Penn.? They must have a heck of a throwing arm.

I believe the appropriate thing for us to do is to refer you to a member of this forum with the username IAAL. He should be able to commiserate and may have advice on how you should react.
