Boyfriend is not quite 3 years older, so I know statutory rape won't stick, but my daughter is only 16. The boyfriend's parents allowed him to spend the night with our daughter on multiple occasions without asking us if we knew or were okay with it. Daughter's friend's mom (where they were sleeping) allowed an adult male (the boyfriend) to spend the night in the same house as multiple underage girls (including our daughter's teenage friends), again without asking us if we knew or were okay with it. We know they have had sex and we want to know what our legal options are against the adults who allowed this to happen?

You can sue yourself, sure, but it would be kind of pointless.

No one is more responsible than you are for supervising your child.
