Can I Sue

I Reside In Florida

I purchased a used vehicle that broke down on me not even 24 hours of the purchase. I had it towed back to the dealer that I purchased it from. They said they'd repair it but haven't. Then they said they'd refund my deposit but haven't. Can I Sue for my money back?
