What is the name of your state? Kansas
My status is a shareholder that has filed losses on Form1040x for 2000 and 2001 using a Form1065 (sch-k). I need to file for profit for tax year 2002,but
manager/owner honestly believes all liability lies with him and as such will not
spend the $1000 for services rendered to the accounting firm -Same for 2003.
My question: How can I file for profit (or loss) for 2002 without a Form1065?
Not understanding how to file an ordinary loss of the annual $3000 carryover or how to indicate all of loss in a single year? The biz closed its doors 2003.
I really, really want to file some sort of amended return for 2002 (and 2003).
Not much facts, but thanx for your time and assistance.
