Hello I live in Colorado and my boyfriend and I broke up after 5 years my daughter is going on 7 years old and he has been around her since she was 2 years old, he is not the blood father due to I was raped and real father is unknown, but he has claimed her for 5 years on his own free will and now that we have broken up we want him to have visition rights to child since they formed a meaningful relationship. Is there a way to file for some type of arangement, I don't want child support for I don't think I have rights but would like my daughter and the man she calls her father to still have a relationship. Can this be done!!!!!! Please help :(

Sure it can. Here's a link to the CO Courts Self-Help Center, with all forms and such. It's possible to just type up an agreement between the two of you, sign & notarize, and file it with the court in your county.
