What is the name of your state? OH

We had a mobile home fire the investigator has financial issues he would like to talk to my husband about. I am not on the policy but I am the one that handles all the finances. If my husband gives perrmission for me to talk on his behalf would or does the insurance company have to agree?

WE HAD A MOBILE HOME FIRE AND THE INVESTIGATOR WANTS TO GO OVER SOME FINANCIAL ISSUES WITH MY HUSBAND. I HANDLE ALL THE FINANCES SO TALKING TO MY HUSBAND WOULD NOT GET THE INVESTIGATOR ANYWHERE. I AM NOT ON THE POLICY IT IS IN MY HUSBANDS NAME ONLY.
MY QUESTION IS CAN MY HUSBAND GIVE PERMISSION FOR ME TO TALK ON HIS BEHALF AND WILL THE INSURANCE COMPANY ALLOW IT?
Cut off your caps lock and re-post. Not only is all caps rude (it's the equivalent of shouting) but it is also hard to read.
