IS IT LEGAL IN CALIFORNIA TO CONTACT THE JUDGE MYSELF OR BY A LETTER BEFORE MY NEXT COURT DATE OR SHOULD I WAIT AND HOPE SHE WILL UNDERSTAND THAT IM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY NEW ATTORNEY AND I MIGHT NEED MORE TIME OR A POSSIBLE COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY? TO PULL MY PLEA (SOMTHING I ALREADY PAID IN FULL ACCORDING TO A RECIPT FROM HIS ACCOUNTING DEPT.) I HAVE NOT BEEN SENTENCED YET.
