Can I trademark from another country?

Hi there I not from the USA, but I was wondering if I had a logo that I wanted to secure in certain parts of the world, these mainly being America, parts of Europe and possibly china and Japan, but mainly America for now, can I do this online and not actually have to be there in the USA?

What would be a site or company that could assist me with this?

And

What are the costs like for such a procedure?
