I am 28 y/o and filipino RN. I have an existing family petition w/ priority date of 1/98. I would like to file a work based immigrant petition. My question is, can I use my priority date from my family petition and transfer it to my work based petition so I wont be affected by the retrogressed priority dates? Thanks
