Can I withdraw or suspend my home from lease listing now?

I am the landlord of the home and I've placed my home for lease recently through an agent. I haven't signed any leasing agreement with any tenant yet but the broker has run a background and credit check of a potential tenant.
I want to suspend or withdraw my home from listing as I no longer want to lease it.

Can I withdraw my home from listing now? Will there be an issue with the leasing company?
What are the reasons that are acceptable to suspend the home from listing?

Most of the answers you seek are going to be found in your contract. you may find that if you intentionally withhold the property from the market you may still owe the leasing agent.

I did not sign any contract, all I have is listing agreement and it doesn't mention in there if I can suspend the home listing anytime.

I suspect you will find the listing agreement meets the requirements of a contract.

I also suspect if the prospective tenants are qualified you will owe whatever the listing agency would have earned from that tenancy contract.

Then you are stuck with the listing agreement for the duration of the agreement.

If you no longer want to rent out the house I suggest you talk to the agent ASAP about what it will take you get you out of the contract. And by that I mean how many dollars you will have to pay the agent to be released from the contract.
