Can lease be terminated legally?

My husband and I leased a single-family home in Florida. Can we legally terminate this lease? Our landlady will not give us her address. She "did not" inform us that there were drug dealers and "crack" prostitutes living in our neighborhood. The Sheriffs dept. told us that she was aware of this. She also has not notified us of what she has done with our security deposit and last month's rent, which in Florida, she is supposed to do within 30 day's of signing the lease. Please help.

Leases can in fact be terminated for just cause pursuant to the L/T laws of your State.
