Can my ex force me to move out?

My ex husband has a very well high paid job with the company he works for. Hes now becoming very difficult over payments he owes the children. We agreed out of court for him to pay, $450 a mth plus the mortgage and towards child care.
Even though he wants sex for child support from me, like i stated yesterday, he has a partner whos expecting twins. He now wants us to move out the house so he can have it for him and his new family.
Can he do this? Or should i force him to sell the house im in and buy a smaller property i can afford myself ?

No there is no court orders in place. We separated on good terms and have always sorted things out between us through attorneys.
He was very good at paying child support etc ,until he met his new partner. She believes its her that needs financial support, because of her pregnancy and not his children he has with me. im sure shes putting the pressure on a little.

Without something signed by the judge, he has no obligation to you whatsoever, financial or otherwise. As for the house - it all depends on how it's titled and in whose name.

My ex has done this, raunchy phone messages, asking for a "booty call" and he'll contribute financially. Offering to buy me a car to help me out for some lovin'. (since I havent' seen a dime in 10 months and pay for EVERYTHING, child care, preschool, insurance, my living expenses,while he lives for free with mommy, and I car pool with my mom who lives a few streets away from me to save on car payment, insurance, gas)
So yes, they actually do solicitate sex for support. I haven't prostituted myself yet, so of course - NO SUPPORT! - PIG!
CSE is dealing with the issue now.

I have 1 saved and onto my recorder, I only got the recorder recently and with all the messages building up that I save from other issues he vents to my voice mail, I lost 2. So far, I've had to leave my recorder at the door of the court house, their only allowed to release it to a court officer and they haven't felt the need to hear the messages. I'll push the issue next time.
