What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? alabama
make you? does she have a gun to your head?

you are going to be a little bit more specific with your question so we can help you.

for starters, what does the divorce order say about transportation?

You might not know this, but we're not dentists.

We're not going to pull teeth. Please ask a clearly worded question regarding something to do with custody/visitation.

does not say she was in my area when we divorce now she live 200 miles away
when did mom move away?

what does the order say about transportation as it stands?

you can request a modification of the orders. such as making mom fully responsible for ALL transportation for visitation. given the distance, your visitation may have to change to accomodate the long distance. such as a chunk of summer, all long weekends, winter and spring vacation.

if you want to see your child, then you may have to drive the 200 miles for the time being. however, you can file with the court to maintain the halfway point as it was status quo.

however, i am a bit surprised you allowed the halfway point. what you should have done is request by court order that mom does ALL the driving since she moved four years ago. too late for that one now.

What does your court order state about exchanges?
You can file to maintain the status quo, as she created the distance.
