I live in Ontario Canada. My girlfriend is 15 years old, I am 17. There are massive problems at home and she wants to leave her house and stay with me for a while. Can she legally do this? Please respond ASAP

Unfortunately, us americans haven't taken over Canada yet. when we finally get that done, our laws here in the US will be your laws. until then, US Law Only.

i suggest you calling your local law enforcement with that question, they may have a better answer.

US law only. (But chances are very slim she will be legally allowed to move in with a boyfriend against her parents' wishes.)

I know enough of Canadian law to know that a 15 year old is still under her parents' care and control. So no, she cannot legally live with you. Or your parents' house. Or anywhere else that her parents do not give her permission to live.
