I have 2 other threads on here, that can be reviewed to get a better picture on what's going on.To make this a quicky, I am wondering if there is anything I can do to get my husband back to the U.S any quicker. WE filed the Visa Waiver in August, and I was told it takes 6-12 months. Does he really have to stay over in Mexico that long? Is there anything I can do?Besides wait?I am U.S. citezen and he also has a 3 year old daughter here that is U.S. citizen?:confused:
