What is the name of your state? Iowa. The law now states that if you receive cash advances of 1225.00 or more within 60 days of filing you can not include them. Well does anyone if you have more then one payday loan cash advance totallying over 1225.00 received within 60 days of filing be claimed, or do they mean you can't claim a cash advance if it by itself totals 1225.00 or over? So again, if you have several payday loans totallying over 1225.00 are you stopped from claiming them??
