A: The general answer is yes, if the seller did not cause the breach of contract.

Read paragraph 5 of the PAR sales agreement.

Time is of the essence. If the settlement date is past and the date of settlement has not been extended by an addendum signed by both the buyer and seller, than the agreement is null and void.
