What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

I have temp custody right with a hearing for full custody on Jan 20. My soon to be X wife told me that she would sigh the papers giving us joint with our 3 year old living with me and her having 1st 3rd and 5th weekends visitation. As long as she dont have to pay any child support. She did sigh them and my question is can she back out now the the papers are turned in?

I had a lawyer wright them up and she sighed them. I brought them back to the lawyer to give to the judge for our Jan 20 custody hearing.

sorry about the spelling. But your right i did not think she would be ok with her having only everyother weekend visitation. I think she is scared about having to pay child support so i had the lawyer put in the papers that i do not seek child support. and she did sign them. Im just wondering now if she has a change of mind if she can back out on the signed decree when we get in front of the judge.
