My husband just got this on an email from his daughter's mother's lawyer and he is confused about something.

Can you guys clear this up?

"Mother respectfully request the following relieft:

B. The entry of an order and/or ruling for attorney's fees and cost incurred in the preparation, presentation and litigation of the instant Motion and such other or futher relief as this court deems fit and equitable"

The hubby just wanted to make sure he read it right.

I would think it depends on what they are returning to court for..

This is the initial court date to establish parenting time. This will be the first time that they are in court since there is no court order.
