What is the name of your state? FL This is listed under Florida Bankruptcy exemptions: WAGES: 100$ of wages for heads of family up to $500 per week either unpaid or paid and deposited into bank account for up to 6 months. 222.11

That is the exemption for wages in a garnishment IF a Trustee were to garnish your wages for some reason.
