Me, my sister, and my parents have accounts at the same bank. (individual accounts)

My sister is my co-signer on my account. My dad is her co-signer on her account. And my mother and father have their own account.

My sister owed 800 dollars on her bank account.

The bank took $180 out of parents account. Then took $215 out of mine, and closed my account, and put it into my sisters account to lower the debt without our consent.

Can they do this? Is there anything that we can do?

Check the fine print of your banking agreement. Likely because of the way the accounts are linked they can do that. Why not get your own account?

Q: Can the do this?
A: Yes

Q: Is there anything that we can do?
A: Have sis pay you back your $215.00 and your parent's there $180.00 and have her pay back the bank $405.00, then everyone should be happy!
