What is the name of your state? PA
I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy and it was discharged in August. The debt to my mortgage co. was discharged. If I try to negotiate with them to reinstate my mortgage will I have to pay the debt that was discharged?

Just because the debt was discharged does not mean you can keep the house w/o paying what you owed. A mortgage is a secured debt, to keep the property, you must make ALL the payments. If you had surrendered the property, then you could walk away w/o paying another dime.
