Several factors to my case I have been accused of smelling like marijuana several times since the beginning of the school year, I disregarded all accusations due to lack of grounds the director of the program began to make appearances in our class to threaten that if he finds out who is smoking he will have them arrested. Also inappropriate jokes about smokers and other irrelevant matters in my concern, just unprofessional to say the least. On Thursday he approached me during class asked me to step in the hallway to speak, then said the he has been told several times smell like marijuana and in fact he could smell it on me at the time and I needed to leave the premises in order to not be expelled. I feel that I have been blackballed by the administration and this can't be legal, am I wrong? I dont even smoke marijuana so it's impossible that they have proof and I have never been approached with such, do I have a case?

A case for what?

you couldn't follow the rule to provide the name of your state.

You also have not done a very good job of describing your situation. Are you a minor? What sort of school is involved?

What is the name of your state, Larryboykin87?

Why do you think you are being told you smell like marijuana? Does anyone in your home smoke marijuana? Do you hang around with anyone who smokes marijuana? The smell can attach to clothing whether you smoke it or not. Marijuana has a pretty distinctive smell.

If you can answer those questions in addition to the ones asked by justalayman, perhaps we can provide some advice on how you can handle your situation. There is just too much missing from what you have said to help you now.

Thanks.
