Can They Get Away With It?

My state is Virginia (Commonwealth)My husband and I were seperated in 1999 and in 2000 we bought a house and lived together for 7 months. He is now seeking a divorce on the ground that we have been seperated all this time. Can he do that? He has also committed adultery and has 5 month old daughter.

My other legal questions are during the past time I have put in 2 hot line complaints with the Marine Corp on this woman and they have managed to let her to continue living with my husband and ruin my marriage. Do I have grounds to sue the Marine Corps and this woman?

We'd like to assist you; however, you apparently didn't see that red writing up at the top of the page. Without your State name, or the name of the State where the problem happened, it would be difficult to assist you. Laws are different everywhere.
