Hello,
So the deal is, there's this company, Gratis Internet. They send out free gifts to people who complete some requirements in their sites. These requirements include: completing an online offer, and getting a number of people to complete an offer too. After this, they send out your free gift.
So anyway, recently I received an iPod shuffle in the mail because I completed my requirements in their site. But last Tuesday I received a second iPod shuffle, now mind you, this was their mistake. I did nothing wrong. And it seems like a lot people have also gotten two.
Now they sent an email to everyone who got two requesting the duplicate back. They claim they will "pursue the return of our merchandise to the fullest extent, and those unreturned will be investigated and contacted through additional channels."
So my question is, can they sue the people who have do not return it? Keep in mind the iPod shuffle only costs $150.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.
