What is the name of your state? Pa
A couple of months ago I was given a release form to sign to release my results of my MMPI test given me by the Court appointed psychologist to my ex's pyschologist she paid for. Obviously he'll rip me apart.I refused to sign. Now I recieved a letter saying the Master has court ordered him to release them anyway? Can the Master do this?

Yes, you have to release all evidence to the experts on the other side. It's the way it works.

I'm unsure why you say "Of course he'll rip me apart"...

"The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) is one of the most frequently used personality tests in the mental health fields.[1] This assessment, or test, was designed to help identify personal, social, and behavioral problems in psychiatric patients. The test helps provide relevant information to aid in problem identification, diagnosis, and treatment planning for the patient."

So what's in the report that the court doesn't already know?

rip me apart

The report IS already submitted as evidence by the Court appointed psychologist. My ex wants the psychologist she privately went out and payed for to give his OWN interpertation of my MMPI test.Since shes paying this guy I'm assuming he'll come up with a different conclusion.

The court has ordered it - it must be released. No use in beating this dead horse any further.

Well, of course. It's your attorney's job to then do damage control. There have been serious accusations made against you... this is the result.

Of course her guy will try to discredit you. The court knows this too. The impartial, court appointed guy is likely to carry more wait with the court. As Cjane said your attorney if he/she is worth their salt will be able to discredit and/or rebutt the claims. Your attorney should definitely be deposing this professional, and in doing so get to the meat of what the professional is likely to claim in court.

I was up in Pa nov.28 for what was suppose to be a conclusion of my daughters psychologists cross testimony by my lawyer. Before the start the psychologist pulls out a sealed envelope for the Master to read. It was a retraction from my daughter stating she did not want her records to be brought out.(the psychologist was instructed to bring those records to this hearing) So now the Master asks the mother if her daughter knows the implications of this demand? The Master explains the psychologists testimony is all or nothing! So now my daughter is going to be appointed a lawyer to explain the meaning of what this will mean. (that if she sticks by this letter ALL of the psychologists testimony is gone)So I drove my 4 hours home and am now waiting for my next court date.Question,if I have to disclose my MMPI results as stated in the last thread, why would my 15 year old daughter have the legal right to change her mind half way through the psychologists testimoy to withdraw her permission to see her records? Thankyou.

Because she is not a party to the case. You and mom are the parties. I have to say that its a bit of an unusual situation though.

I just went and reviewed your past threads. Your situation is way beyond advice from an internet message forum.

agreed

The Master actually walked out in the hall and consulted with another attorney. This Master is the administrater and above all other Masters. Seems odd she would need advice? I'm sending a letter to my lawyer requesting this be heard in front of a Judge! The Master seems overwhelmed and confused on what to do?

Still fighting!

I had another hearing on December 17th.I did it via phone. My daughter was being questioned this time. She is now represented by her own lawyer so there wasn't much accomplished. According to my lawyer there was a lot of "I objects being tossed around" Also my daughter's lawyer had her plead the 5th to any questions abot the molestation charges so as in her words "she wouldn't purger herself" So in a nut shell those charges where thrown out along with the accusing psychologist! So why can I not still see my daughter? Well since my ex had 5 months since the last hearing to do more brainwashing my daughter states she does not want to see me till shes 18! So this circus continues. Next my ex is to testify, for what I have no clue, The Court appointed psychologist already said she was poisoning my daughter's mind and needs a shrink! Just venting..Any encouragment would be appreciated.Oh Yea Have a Great Christmas guys and gals,Gary
