my 15 year old son was ticketed with disorderly conduct in colorado when a gay boy told the principal that while talking to another student my son said "oh you mean the fag"when the other student mentioned the gay boy in conversation with my son, the other student then went and told the gay boy what my son said, the gay boy says he felt threatened. how can this be? is this third party disorderly conduct? my son has plead not guilty. opinions on this will be appriciated.
