CAN this company be held Respnsible for employees actions

(TEXAS) hello all,wish you well, am curious about this 'incident" that happened to me & WHAT COARSE of action I can take to fix or remedy the harm that has already been done,(making private information public)
Company that built my electric wheelchair has a website/bulletin board for owners,

AM wondering (so u understand-am disabled in a w/c & on oxygen) was told by a Company representitive, (that made my electric wheelchair) I'll give you the part,but you need to provide me with your chair id # name & city & state address,(where the chair can be shipped) so i supplied this information to this person in Pa,(in a private email) which same employee then delibertly put my name,shipping address on the company website & the company's website for all to see, to embarrass have recieved 4 (HATE MAIL) because of this employees actions:which(IN REALITY found out) this employee had any intention of sending me the part, but was trying only to get private information use to harm & and or embarrass . CAN I forced them to either send the part & file a lawsuit,against this employee & company for this, HAVE CALLED COMPANY HEAD QUARTERS, & no one returns calls or even replies to letters,

well with it TAKING 48 HIURS & longer just to get a reply, WHAT DOES THAT SAY about the people on this site, would you wait that long to get a response if you hasd a computer problem, don't worry A.H. i won't be back, I'll find out the infor from a more friendly site, where members want to help others, not like here, wait a wekk or longer 9as some post 0 and still get no reply,'s,
