What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

My ex has tried several things to try to get me back on supervised visits, including and not limited to saying I sexual abused my daughter. They did the forensic exam and of course found nothing, interviewed me and my other kids as well as the people who were doing the supervised visits at that time. ( Now she is mad and says cps is doing nothing and she is going to take it to the news) What do I need to do?

Now her new tactic is she is telling everyone she is going after me for full custody, but is not going to have me served and she is going to tell the judge she tried and then a default judgment will be awarded because I did not show up? The problem with this is she knows were I live because she sends me every month certefied mail with a copy of my daughters medicaide ID card. Plus I am home during the day cause I work nights. Can she do this?

What steps do I need to take to prove she did not have me served if this does happen? I am not sure how to handle this any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes to give everyone an update I am seeing my daughter but only when her mom says so. She does not follow the orders and every time she misses a visit I file with the police dept as that is were we are to drop off and pick up. Its in the orderes. Before every schedule visit I send a certefied letter stateing I will be there to pick up my daughter and when I will return her. Then I send a copy to the courts. Is there anything else I need to do?

File a motion to show cause so that she is held in contempt. The Court will NOT do anything unless you file a motion.

Your rights cannot be imperiled without you being notified (served).

Stop papering the world and just file the motion. The court clerk will thank you :)
